Out of Control Insects in Science
We are all loving science and the "special guest" we have had arrive for science! After analyzing the creatures, the students have loved watching a live example of a "food chain". Some of the critters we have in our room are aphids, damselfly nymphs, daphnia, and today, ladybugs. Ask a 3rd grader about each of the visitors and what they remember about them. True learning about predator, prey, and food chains!
